Welcome to the indecisive/murky vision of what I am all about as an artist. Sometimes it is hard to identify as an artist without feeling imposter syndrome or like a very little fish in a massive pond. However I also believe that everyone is an artist and there are so many outlets in our daily lives that we can express art or our creative side through. So my personal version of being an artist shows in many ways. First it comes with the love of painting as a creative outlet and then it follows by producing tangible products with my hands. My less prominent outlets include animation art, interactive art, and ceramics. I also find a lot of inspiration for my artistic expressions through nature as nature's beauty really speaks to me. 

 

My goal through this class is to grow my talents within my creative outlets. So I hope to turn my paintings into more digital and/or interactive art. This way it expands my skills when it comes to expressing my paintings into different things. Also when making real products I can hopefully grow the skills of turning such products into digital representations of it. Another great opportunity of this class is to explore new ways to express my creative side and find new passions for different types of art. Finding new ways to express oneself is very important as having outlets is such a healthy way to spend time and helps one grow. I truly believe without a creative outlet we are also missing an important part to ourselves. That is why I care about growing my skills in an area that suits me so well.
